Roll Credits

Well! The semester end is here at last and it' come time for us to part. This class was fun and amazing and I got to experience so much.

A list of things I've learned:

  1. Lighting is so much harder than it looks.
  2. Filming at the last minute is a no-no. Ever.
  3. Always ALWAYS have a back up plan
  4. Communication is crucial
  5. Turning off a light when an actress blows out a candle takes finesse.
I also learned about writing and directing fiction and just how much goes into a film. I saw how much time and effort it takes just to make a five minute student film and it made me appreciate just how much work movie producers and directors put into their films all for our entertainment (And for money. Lots of money.)

I've made new friends and love each and every one of you. You guys are some pretty cook kids and I hope to see you around campus. Not those of you who are graduating though. Go. GO AND NEVER LOOK BACK. RUNNNNNNN.

I will come away from this class with a new appreciation for filmmakers, actors and anyone in the entertainment business. I'll do my best to stay and watch the credits for each movie I go to see. Thank you for the amazing semester.
WHOO. END OF THE SEMESTERRRRR!!

Wait...what is this...this feel..
I'M GONNA MISS YOU GUUUUUUUUUYS
